Hey Aida, thanks for joining us here at TD Helps! We'd be happy to help.
There are many options available on how to reset your password.
If this is regarding your TD Online Banking and you are able to log in. Please select the Customer Service tab after you log in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. You will then click on the "Change Password" link under Self Service.
If you do not remember your password but remember your username and have a Social Security number, when you click on the link above, please select "Forgot Password" located beneath the password field. Select the account type and input your User Name. You will then be asked to answer 2 security questions, after successfully answering the security questions, you will be able to reset your password.
When creating your new password, here a few tips we can share with you:
-Use a combination of numbers, letters and special characters, but no spaces -Your password should be unique. Memorize it and do not disclose it to anyone else -Avoid using names, dates or numbers tied to your identity (such as birthday, family name, pets, street, etc.) -Use a password that differs from your other banking, email and social media accounts. Change it periodically, ideally every 90 days
If you're unable to reset this yourself for any reason, please contact us at 888-751-9000 to speak with a Banking Specialist. If you need to reset the Password for your BusinessDirect account, please contact us at 800-493-7562, option 2, to speak with our Small Business Team, also available 24/7.
Another option you have is to stop in at your local TD Bank Store, where a Representative will also be able to help. Please feel free to check out http://bit.ly/TDStores for locations and hours near you.
Additionally, if you're looking to change the verification Password on your account (password placed on your TD Bank account for verification purposes when contacting us over the phone) and do not recall the current one, you will need to visit your local TD Bank during the normally lobby hours.
If you are referring to your password on www.tdcardservices.com, you can first try the "Recover Password" option on the right side of the logon page as long as you know your current User Name and the Email Address you registered with. If this is unsuccessful or you need any additional help, please contact one of our Credit Card Specialists 24/7 at 888-561-8861.
To reset your Password for a TD Go Card please click: http://bit.ly/1m8bjUS and select "Forgot Password." For additional assistance please dial 1-855-219-8050.
