Thanks for choosing TD Bank, Mark and we appreciate your interest! It's our pleasure to advise you about your account options.
First, we'd like to let you know that if you're interested in establishing an account for your grandson, you're more than welcome to do so. We invite you to take a look at the current accounts we offer to find one that might suit your needs.
For your convenience, our Savings products are listed here: http://bit.ly/1hzzhPT. You may find it more helpful to use our Savings Selector Tool at http://bit.ly/1sxY9Rd, which can assist you in the account selection process by recommending one for you. Or, you may find our Checking products here: http://bit.ly/1oXjGgF, or use our Checking Account Selector at http://bit.ly/1vW1xnU.
If you choose to open an account for your grandson, feel free to stop in at any TD Bank Store location for assistance. Please keep in mind that a valid form of identification such as a State License, State ID or Passport will be needed, as well as your Social Security number. Acceptable forms of identification for minors include Passport, US Birth Certificate, Social Security card or a School ID (preferably with a picture).
Feel free to find your closest TD Store at this link: http://bit.ly/TDStores for their lobby hours. And if you'd like to make an appointment at your favorite Store, just give us a quick call! A Specialist will schedule it for you at 888-751-9000, 24/7.
If you have an investment account in mind rather than a deposit account, we invite you to speak with our partner, TD Ameritrade for your investment needs. Here is a quick link to their contact information: http://bit.ly/1ygWAX4 and see a little more info here: http://bit.ly/1jv67cz.
Hope this is helpful, Mark and we look forward to speaking with you again soon!
