Thanks for writing in on TD Helps, Jennifer. There are a few options you have to view your account balance and we'd be happy to go over them with you.
If you are currently enrolled for our Online Banking, you would be able to view your TD account balance online. You may also view the transactions as well. After you log into your account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, you can click on the “Accounts” tab at the top of the page, and then click on the name of the account you want to view. You'll be able to see the balance there. Then, to review any transactions, you may select from the following drop down options: “Last 10 days, My Current Statement, My Previous Statement or All Available History.” After, select the “Show History” button to the right of the screen. You also have the option to view your previous statements online by clicking on Statements tab.

Please have your account number, ATM/debit card number and Social Security number available to complete the enrollment.
