Thanks for stopping by, Joseph and Susan! We're sorry to hear about any difficulty you had with your security questions. Don’t worry, we're here to help.
For your protection, please note that you'll have three attempts to log in to your account or answer any security questions which may be asked. If you'd like to attempt to answer your question again, please keep in mind that answers to your security questions are not case-sensitive; however, they do require the answer you originally provided for the question. For example, if you originally answered "New York City" to the question "In what city were you born?" then you must provide "New York City" as the answer each time when your are being challenged with this question, not "New York" or "NYC." For security question tips and other helpful hints for answering your security questions, you can visit: http://bit.ly/1ikiYdw.
Just in case you weren't able to access your online account, a member of our Banking Team can assist with changing or deleting your security questions and logging you into your account upon proper account verification. You can reach a Specialist by calling 888-751-9000, 24/7. If you would prefer, you can also visit a local TD Bank Store. For lobby hours and locations near you, check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Thank you both for visiting us tonight! Please let us know how this worked for you, take care.
