As this is pertaining to your account specifically, we ask that you contact us directly in order to confirm that your payment was received. You may do so 24/7 by calling our Financial Solutions Group at 800-937-5020. Once you reach a Representative they will be happy to confirm payment.
You may also visit us at any TD Store to make sure your payment was received. To take a look at our lobby hours and locations near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you are enrolled in Online Banking, you can send us a Secure Message to confirm that we received it. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
If you are not currently enrolled for Online Banking, you can sign up by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY, if you have a TD Bank Visa Debit Card or ATM number, and a US Social Security number. If not, you're more than welcome to contact a Banking Specialist directly for assistance with enrollment. Please contact us by dialing 888-751-9000 or visit a TD Store during lobby hours.
If the Auto Loan is through TD Auto Finance, you may contact a TD Auto Finance Representative Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 10:00PM and Saturday, 8:00AM to 7:00PM at 800-556-8172 for more information.
