the appropriate information? Also, do you have to have an actual court appointment for the Executrix? We are trying to do this without actually opening an estate.

In the unfortunate event of a Customer’s death, it is important for TD Bank to assist the family and/or the Executor/Administrator with our Customer’s account(s).
Depending on the State and the type of account that was opened, certain documents may be necessary in order to close it. You may find this link helpful: http://bit.ly/1CBMKra. Typically we recommend visiting a TD Bank Store to close the account, but you are more than welcome to contact the home Store where your family member had their account for any other options.
