Welcome to TD Helps, Mariah. We'd be glad to help.
Please know that non-profit accounts as well as business accounts must be opened during lobby hours at any TD Store. To take a look at Store locations and their hours please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
Prior to your trip, we recommend taking a look at the types of accounts we offer. You are able to take a look at checking accounts here: https://go.td.com/2jf0tgF and savings accounts here: https://go.td.com/2icPPFg.
For any individual who is going to be an authorized signer, please keep in mind that they will also need to visit a TD Store for the account opening process. Those who are going to be signers on the account need to bring the following documents: a valid photo I.D. (Driver's License, Passport, Military I.D. etc.) and Social Security Number. For a non-resident alien opening a business account, you will need two valid forms of ID and a W-8Ben must be completed. Be sure to bring the Tax Identification Number as well.
We also recommend reaching out to the TD Store of your choosing prior to your trip to discuss any documentation that may be needed to complete the account opening as this may vary based on account type.
We hope to see you at a TD Store soon, Mariah. Have a good day.
