Thanks for joining us on TD Helps, Scott. We'd be happy to help.
Prior to your trip, we ask that you place a travel notification on your account so you do not run into any acceptance issues while using your debit card in Hawaii.
You may contact our 24/7 Customer Service line at 888-751-9000 to have a Customer Service Representative place a travel notification on your accounts.
You may also send us a secure message through your Online Banking as well. If you are not enrolled in Online Banking, please click here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. Once you are enrolled, please sign into your account and click on the Customer Service tab and then select Send a Message. If you choose this option, please include the exact travel dates, destinations and if there will be any connecting flight if applicable.
If you are unable to call or send a secure message, you can always visit your local TD Bank Store and one of our Customer Service Representatives can place the travel notes for you. Please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find TD Bank locations and hours near you.
If you need to place travel notes on your TD Canada Trust account, please take a look here http://bit.ly/1nNsV9C for a great conversation in regards to this that you may fine helpful. If you'd like to submit your own question to the Canadian TD Helps Team, you are able to do so by following the same link.
We hope this helps, Scott and have a good trip!
