Welcome to TD Helps, Beverley and thank you for considering TD!
At TD Bank, America’s Most Convenient Bank, we remain committed to ensuring the highest level of satisfaction with all of our products and services. You'll be happy to know that we do offer services to Nonprofit Organizations. We recommend taking a look at the types of business accounts TD Bank has to offer. If you take a click here, http://bit.ly/1pVZ9Np , the link shows the types of business checking accounts. As a feature on our webpage, TD bank can also help by recommending an account for your needs with the Business Checking Selector Tool, take a look here: http://bit.ly/1lGeYmw. If you have any questions while reviewing these options, a Business Banking Specialist would be happy to assist you over the telephone. You can reach them by dialing 855-278-8988.
When you are ready to set up your business account with us, you can stop by your local TD Bank for assistance or contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to schedule an appointment. You may also click here: http://bit.ly/SWDqsn to fill in a form to request a call from a Small Business Banking Specialist. For information on our lobby hours and locations please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If your business account is going to have multiple signers, be sure to bring them with you for the account opening process. Those who are going to be signers on the account need to bring the following documents: a valid photo I.D. (Driver's License, Passport, Military I.D. etc.) and Social Security number. For a non-resident alien opening a business account, you will need two valid forms of ID and a W-8Ben must be completed during the account opening process. Also, be sure to bring the Tax Identification Number for your business.
Also if your Non-Profit Organization us also Incorporated, please include the additional following information: State Website Report, Filed or Certified Business Formation Documents, or Certificate of Good Standing/Existence. Additionally, you will need to bring the Corporate Resolution documents. If your Non-Profit Organization is not incorporated, no additional documentation is required for this account type.
Once your account is opened, your business will qualify to enroll in TD BusinessDirect, our Online Banking optimized for our business customers. With BusinessDirect, you can send wires, ACH transfers and more! After the account is opened – you can then enroll in the BusinessDirect Mobile App that will allow you to make transfers and check your account on the go! And, after having an active account for 90 days, you will then qualify to make Mobile Deposits using that App as well. For more information about Mobile Banking and specifically our BusinessDirect Mobile App, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/YVa4y6. You can also view our Frequently Asked Questions here: http://bit.ly/1t2rx4L. We do want to let you know that although you are able to view checks that have been written against your account, you cannot view deposited checks from either BusinessDirect or Mobile Banking. Our 24/7 Customer Service over the phone would be happy to assist you or your local Store with recovering copies.
We hope this helps, Beverley and have a good day.
