Thanks for writing in and we appreciate your question today, Larry!
As an employer, if you offer direct deposit to your employees the contributions to an HSA account can be made via that method. We would recommend that your employee provide you with their routing and account information to complete this. They can fill our direct deposit form at http://bit.ly/1sSvhT6 if you can use it. If they have questions about the information needed on the form, they can contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
Since we're uncertain if you may bank with us or not and depending on the types of accounts you may have, we invite you to give us a call so that we can review your options specifically. You may reach us at the number provided above, or stop in at any TD Bank Store found here: http://bit.ly/TDStores for assistance.
If you bank with another financial institution, we recommend reaching out to them for any other deposit options that may exist for you.
Thanks again for getting in touch, Larry and we hope this helps you get started! Best of luck and have a great weekend.
