My wife and I are about to retire and we'd like to "Label or Name" some accounts that we have, so that we can better manage our money together. how do we do label or place new names on existing accounts ? I have asked our local branch banker for assistance...and while he has gone through the process, nothing on iur accounts has changed in the three weeks since he tried.

Great idea and we're happy to provide the steps for you for this easy process.
To get started, you'll want to log in to your Online Banking account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Then, to place a nickname, please follow the steps below:
- Click on Manage Nicknames on the left side of the screen.
- Enter nickname for the account
- Click on Update Nicknames
Once you do, each of your accounts will be labeled online with the name you chose for it. If you also choose to enter your corresponding Debit card number when you're completing this online, then we'll update your ATM access to show these nicknames as well.
