Hello Toni, thank you for reaching out to us with your transfer question. A wire transfer can be received from your husband’s retirement account as long as the right account information is used when sending. The information required will depend on where the funds are initially coming from. Below are some directions and additional information.
If the funds are domestic and incoming into the TD Bank US account, the following information is needed:
Wire To: TD Bank
ABA# (Routing Number): 031101266
Your account title, exactly as it appears on your account
Your account number
Funds can be wire transferred into any transaction account (e.g. Checking, Money Market or Statement Savings). We post all incoming wires from the Federal Reserve until 6:30pm on the current banking day. A confirmation is sent to you the day the wire transfer is credited to your account. At this time, we may not process incoming Pay Upon Proper Identification (PUPID) wires and will return them to the sender.
If you are referring to an International Wire and funds are being deposited in Foreign Currency, the following information is needed:

For all International Wires, you should expect to receive payment within three to five business days. There is a $15.00 fee for all International and Domestic Incoming Wire Transfers on consumer and business accounts.
