resolve issues pertaining to her being executer in an account held by you. Where can she go to accomplish this. My wife is the executer for an account for her father, held by your bank. Her father is now deceased and she was told she has to come to a brick and mortar bank to resolve certain issues. Where can she go and who can she speak with before traveling to your bank

Thank you for visiting TD Helps, Edward. Please accept our condolences as we understand the importance of finalizing affairs.
The paperwork that is needed to close an account varies by State depending on where the account owner resided. We recommend contacting any TD Bank to discuss what documents are needed based on that State. Visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores for a list of TD Bank locations. Your wife can also call our 24/7 Customer Service line at 888-751-9000 to make an appointment to visit a Store location as well.
We hope this information helps, Edward. Let us know if you have any other questions.
