Welcome to the TD Helps Community, Thomas.
If you opened your new account via online at www.tdbank.com and if you've requested a TD Debit Card during the application, you should expect to receive your new card via mail within 7-10 business days. Please note, delays may occur depending on your Postal office. It will arrive in a white envelope for security purposes.
If you did not request a debit card when you opened your new account or you wish to receive a new card immediately, you have the option of visiting your local TD Store to obtain a new card. You may visit any TD Store during lobby hours here: http://bit.ly/TDStores. All TD Bank Stores have instant issue machines where any Customer Service Representative would be happy to print out a new card for you during your visit. If you decide to visit us for your new card, please be sure to let our Specialists know to close the card you are expecting to receive via mail.
We hope this helps, Thomas. Take care.
