Good morning Patricia, welcome to TD Helps and thank you for sending us your question.
Since you mentioned that you initiated an e-Check, we recommend reaching out to the payee directly to determine if the check has been accepted. If the check has not been accepted due to the incorrect name, you may submit another payment.
To best assist you, please feel free to contact one of our Banking Specialist 24/7 at 888-751-9000, after proper account verification, they'll be glad to answer any of your questions. Please understand that we would like to assist you directly, unfortunately, we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum.
We hope this helps, Patricia. Please let us know if you need anything else.
