Thanks for writing in and sorry to hear you've encountered some difficulties with your wire, Concetta. We'll certainly guide you in the right direction.
If the wire you sent from TD Bank wasn't received, we do apologize for the trouble. Since you mentioned that you've already requested a trace, to determine the result you have two options. First, you're welcome to stop in at the TD Bank Store from where you sent the wire for further assistance. Otherwise, you're welcome to connect with us at 888-751-9000 and we'll be able to refer to our Wire Department on your behalf for additional info. If you choose this option, although our Specialists are available 24/7 we kindly ask you to call Monday thru Friday, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm so that our Wire Department Representatives will be available to assist.
