It's great to hear from you today, Rebecca, and we'll be happy to help!
It sounds as though you may be attempting to make payments from your account either using your TD Bank Debit Card, or your account number, and are being prompted to enter in your address and phone number. If this is the case, you would simply need to provide the merchant or payee with the address you requested to have added to your account!
In the event that you'd like to confirm your address, we ask that you visit your nearest TD Store location to speak with a Customer Service Representative. Our Representatives are here to help during lobby hours, and you're welcome to use the link here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR to find your nearest location, as well as their hours and contact information.
During your visit, we'd like to recommend having a valid form of I.D. handy as this information will be needed to successfully access your account information.
We look forward to hearing from you soon, Rebecca!
Have an amazing weekend!
