You are able to send your transfer request to our HSA Department by either mail or fax. Please send all requests using the information below:

Both mail and fax requests should be sent in Attention to the HSA Transfer Department and should be notarized prior to sending.
If you have any specific questions about your HSA account, feel free to contact our HSA Specialists available Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm to answer HSA questions. Please call (800) 597-4437 and choose Option 3. If you would like to speak to a Representative in person, feel free to visit any TD Store during lobby hours.
