Thank you for choosing TD Bank for your banking needs, Cody. We're happy to respond.
At this time, in order to open an individual TD Checking, the individual must be at least 18 years of age. If you're currently under the age of 18, we do ask that an adult accompanies you at one of our nearby TD Bank Stores, during lobby hours to open a joint account. For help locating a TD Store locations and hours near you, please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores. Please keep in mind that both of the adult and you will need to provide a valid form of identification such as Driver's License, Passport, Military I.D. etc. and Social Security number. As a minor, acceptable forms of identification for minors includes; School ID (preferably with a picture), Passport, US Birth Certificate or Social Security Card. If you haven't done so, please review our Checking Accounts here: http://bit.ly/1oXjGgF, or use our Checking Account Selector at: http://bit.ly/1vW1xnU to find an account which suits your needs.
If you have any additional questions, please feel free to reach out to our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
Thanks again for your inquiry, Cody. Have a great weekend!
