Hi. I permanently live in Israel and would like to open an account and to order a TD cash credit card. You mention there are no fees on foreign transactions.
Can you explain more about it? If for example I make a money transfer to my Israeli bank account, is it free of charge?

In regard to our TD credit cards, a foreign transaction is any transaction that is initiated outside of the U.S. Please know that transfers and any fees associated may vary based on transfer type. We recommend contacting the number mentioned below for clarification.
