trying to reset my password and i do not know which symbols are no longer acceptable and which i can use

Thanks for stopping by today, Terri!
We'd be more than happy to go over the new password character requirements with you!
Going forward, the following characters will not be allowed for passwords and usernames:
/ \ ( ) % - ; | # + = @
The good news is that there will still be some allowable characters! If you need to update your user name or password, it may include letters, numbers, an underscore (_), or a period (.).
When you're ready to change your password, simply log into your Personal Online Banking by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you have logged in, select the 'Customer Service' tab, which you can find on the upper, right hand side of your screen. Then, under 'Update Profile and Preferences', select 'Password'. You'll be asked to first enter your current password and then your new password twice. All the new requirements will be right there for you to see.
As a reminder, be sure to remember your username. Once Online Banking is put back up on Monday morning, you will need to enter your username, even if you've had it stored in the past.
