What are the bank charges for me to send $40 to an FNB bank account in South Africa using my USA TD bank account via a wire transfer? I need to deliver R600 to the bank account so please verify if $40 is indeed an inclusive number of the R600 plus any bank charges. Besides that, what other information am I required to provide about the bank account to which I am sending money to? And am I required to come to a physical location?

Thanks for stopping by TD Helps, Tapiwanashe. You've come to the right place.
Our customers are able to conduct international wire transfers by visiting any TD Bank Store. Please review this link https://go.td.com/1cTejgt for our Personal Fee Schedule and the costs associated with sending an international wire. The wire transfer fees are in addition to the amount of money you would like to send. All wire transfers must be initiated in person at a TD Bank Store during lobby hours (click here https://go.td.com/1lvjfOJ for hours and locations). Please have this information available when you step in to complete your wire transfer:
· The full name, address, including city, state/province, country and account number of the person/business (for Euro Zone countries – IBAN – International Banking Account Number) you are sending money to
· The full name and address, including city, state/province and country of the financial institution receiving the funds Keep in mind that there may be fees associated with the sending of a wire transfer.
Thanks for visiting us Tapiwanashe, we hope this helps.
