Thanks for contacting TD Helps today, Mehak.
Each withdrawal, transfer, and balance inquiry made by a Retail Customer at an ATM not owned by TD Bank is subject to a $3.00 fee, which is charged by TD Bank the same day the transaction is made. The owner of the machine, or network, may assess a fee at the time of your transaction, including a fee for balance inquiries, in addition to any fees assessed by TD Bank.
We'd like to take this opportunity to let you know that we offer some accounts in which non-TD Bank ATM fees would be waived, and we may reimburse you for fees charged by the owner of the non-TD Bank ATM. We invite you to take a look here, https://go.td.com/1cTejgt for fee information and the types of accounts needed to avoid a non-TD ATM fee, as well as https://go.td.com/1kb17UQ for more information on what type of fees to expect.
We hope this helped answer all your questions, Mehak, and please enjoy the rest of your day.
Customer Service Team, Mount Laurel
