overdraft on the checking as a security. I also would like a $35,000 line of credit. Can you describe the fee structures? Could I move money from IOLTA to business by online transfer? What are your funds availability policies? Thx

In reply to Kendall, Annapolis
Thanks for your interest in opening accounts for your business with TD, Kendall. We'd be glad to point you in the right direction.
In order to open the accounts you've mentioned in your inquiry, we ask that you visit a TD Store during lobby hours. To take a look at TD Stores near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Please know that fee structures may vary based on the account types that are opened. Similarly, it may be possible to make transfers between various business accounts. Again, this may vary based on account type and the titling of the accounts. We recommend discussing these topics in greater detail with your Representative during your visit.
We also recommend reaching out to the TD Store you plan on visiting prior to your trip to determine what documents you'll need to complete your account openings.
You are able to take a look at our Funds Availability Policy here: http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ. On pages 38-41, you can find our Funds Availability Policy along with information about when you'll have access to deposits.
We look forward to your visit to TD, Kendall and have a good day!
