Thanks for joining us on TD Helps, Alex. We'd be glad to help.
Based on your question, it sounds as though you're trying to place an order for foreign currency. We offer Foreign Exchange Services at all of our TD Bank Stores. Anyone (even if you're not a Customer) may purchase or exchange foreign currencies. Some of our locations have a limited supply of Canadian Dollars, Euros, and Great British Pounds on-hand for immediate purchase.
If you'll ever need any of these currencies in the future, we recommend contacting the TD Store you plan on visiting prior to your arrival to ensure that the funds are available. To take a look at TD Stores near you and their hours please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
When placing a currency order, it is important to place your order before 3:00pm and allow at least two business days for your funds to arrive. Please also note that fees may apply for this service; click here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt to view our current Fee Schedule. To receive the most up to date exchange rate, please reach out to your TD Store or call us using the number below.
If we've misunderstood your inquiry, feel free to write back to us here on TD Helps, call us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 or visit us at any TD Store.
We hope this helps, Alex and have a good day.
