Good morning, Peter, and welcome to TD Helps. This is a great question! When looking to transfer funds to another financial institution, you have a couple different options to do so, and limits may vary depending on the option you'd like to take advantage of. So that you're aware of all your options, we'll be happy to review them all with you! We first offer two different transfer features that you're able to access right from your Personal Online Banking. Our first transfer service is called Send Money, and this feature can be used when looking to transfer funds to a friend or family member who lives in the United States. To access Send Money, you'll first want to log into your online banking by clicking here: https://go.td.com/SMUhhl. If you haven't yet enrolled in online banking, don’t worry, as you can start the enrollment process by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY. To fully enroll, you will need your account number, debit card number, a valid email address, and your Social Security Number. Once you're able to access your online banking, towards the top of your screen, you should see a tab that reads 'Send Money.' By using this tab, you'll be able to access this great feature, and the limits for this service are as follows: Daily Limit - $2,500 30 Day Limit - $10,000 It's important to note that with our Send Money transfer feature, you'll be unable to transfer funds to yourself, and should you need to make a transfer to an account you may have with another financial institution, we recommend performing an external transfer. Our External Transfer feature can also be accessed from your personal online banking, and to get started, you'll want to click on the 'Transfers' tab towards the top of your screen once you have successfully logged in. From here, under the 'Help and Related Tasks' section, click on 'Transfer to or from external accounts', and after doing so, you'll be brought to our external transfer screen where you'll be able to add external accounts you may have with other financial institutions, and then perform transfers to or from them, directly from your TD Bank Personal Online Banking! Limits on external transfers may vary, and we'd like to recommend that you connect with a Specialist from our Tech Support Team for more information. Specialists are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can be reached by simply dialing 1-800-493-7562. Your final option to perform a transfer would be to visit your nearest TD Store location to speak with a Customer Service Representative in regard to performing a wire transfer. Currently, there are no limits for the amount of a wire transfer, and if you'd like, you're welcome to use the link here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR to find your nearest Store location, as well as their lobby hours and contact information. Before performing any transfer, we recommend reviewing our Fee Schedule, as some fees may apply depending on the transfer option you'd like to take advantage of. To find our Fee Schedule, you may simply click here: https://go.td.com/2lbbfGg. As a friendly reminder, if you have any questions or concerns, our Customer Service Representatives are here to help at any of our Store locations, or you may also call 1-888-751-9000 to speak with a Banking Specialist. Thanks again for stopping by TD Helps today, Peter, and we hope you have a fantastic start to your day! Take care.
