Great question, Robert and thanks for stopping by TD Helps for your answer.
At TD Bank, we offer many different types of Checking, Savings and Money Market accounts. Some accounts do require a daily minimum balance to avoid a monthly maintenance fees. If you fall below your required daily minimum balance, the maintenance fee would be assessed on the last day of your statement cycle. We also like to invite you to visit here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt for more information on the fee schedule.
To learn more about our personal Checking accounts, take a look at: http://bit.ly/1s4rW4W. The minimum balance requirement can be located underneath each product type. To learn more about our personal Savings and Money Market accounts, take a look at: http://bit.ly/1hzzhPT. Just like the Checking accounts, you can view the minimum balance requirement under each product type when you click on View Details.
If you are unable to locate the product types you currently have online, we have some options for you. Please feel free to call 888-751-9000, 24/7 to speak with one of our Banking Specialists. After account verification they'd be more than happy to review your account with you and confirm the minimum balance requirement on each of your accounts. Additionally, you may visit any TD Bank Store to have your account reviewed in person. For a listing of TD Bank Stores please see here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Also, if you are enrolled for Online Banking, you may send a secure message using www.tdbank.com. To send a secure message you must first login to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
