Welcome to TD Helps and thank you for sending us your question, Jutta.
Based on the information we gathered from you, you have a TD Business account and are currently using TD BusinessDirect for your online account access.
To accomplish your request, the first thing you need to do is to add your Bookkeeper as a Sub-User. Please follow the steps below after logging on to your account from here: http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8.
-Click on Users
-Click on Add New Users button which is located on the bottom right corner
-Please complete the required fields such as User ID, Password, First name and Last Name, and then click on Add User button
Once a Sub-User is added, you may click on Manage Roles to assign different roles to your Sub-User.
We recommend checking out the Users and Roles Tutorial for the detailed step by step instructions. The Users and Roles Tutorial link can be located on the left side of the screen on the Users page, underneath Help & Related Tasks.
Just in case you need additional assistance while setting your Sub-User roles, our dedicated Digital Banking Specialists are here 24/7 to assist you. They can be reached at 800-493-7562.
We hope the information provided helps, Jutta. Let us know if you have any further questions and have a great weekend.
