We'd first like to apologize that you haven't yet received a debit card for your account; however, please don't worry. We're here to help.
Generally speaking, when a debit card is requested for an account, the card will typically arrive at the provided address within 7-10 business days. Please know that this time frame can vary depending on the postal office. Additionally, should a debit card be mailed to an international address, it may take longer than 10 business days, depending on customs.
If you haven't yet received your debit card, and this time frame has already passed, we sincerely apologize, and would like to recommend that you connect with us directly so that we may have another card mailed to you as soon as possible. You have a couple different ways in which you may connect with us, and we'll be happy to provide you with all your options so that you may choose the one that is most convenient for you.
As you mentioned that you're currently overseas, you're first welcome to call us toll free at 1-856-751-9000 to speak with one of our Banking Specialist. For your convenience, Banking Specialists are here to help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You would also have the option of calling collect with operator assistance using a landline phone by asking the operator to dial (215)-569-0518.
In addition to calling, if you have access to your online banking, you may also send us a secure message. To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'.
If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We generally respond within 24 hours or less.
Should you decide that you'd like to send us a secure message with your request, we recommend also provide the address you would like your debit card to be mailed to, as this information will be needed to process your request.
