Thanks for stopping by TD Helps, Austin!
A letter from NYS Health Insurance may be considered an acceptable alternative to a utility bill for proof of address. To confirm this, we would recommend reaching out to the Store which requested this documentation. Any of our Store Representatives would be happy to go over what letters or documents you have to ensure that they'll be accepted as a proof of address. You can find contact info and hours for all of our Stores by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc.
We look forward to hearing from you soon, Austin. Happy Holidays!
