We appreciate you getting in touch with us about this tonight and we're sorry to hear that your card might be misplaced.
If you haven't done so already, for your account security we recommend contacting us right away so that we can close your card for you. Our Banking Specialists are available 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to assist you with this.
After account verification, we would also be able to submit a request to have a card mailed to the address we have on file for you. Please keep in mind that depending on the timing of your local Postal Office, your new card will arrive within 7-10 business days. Additionally, our Specialists would be happy to review your account with you to make sure that no unauthorized activity has occurred.
Once your card is closed, if you'd like to obtain a new card sooner, you're also welcome to stop by at any TD Bank Store location. A Representative will be more than happy to print one for you while you wait. Please find your nearest TD Bank Store and lobby hours here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
