Thanks for stopping by TD Helps, Alexandria. We're sorry for your current situation and we'd be glad to provide you with information on how to handle this.
We recommend contacting Customer Service 24/7 at 888-751-9000, to review your account and close out that card to prevent any additional charges being made without your authorization. They can even file a dispute for the transaction you noticed in your account. Our Representatives can also request a new card be mailed out to you. If you would prefer not to wait for your new card we would still advise that you call us immediately to close the old card but, you can stop by your local TD bank to pick up your new card at your earliest convenience. Please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a Store near you. A dedicated Customer Service Representative will help get you that new card and fully reviewing your account just like over the phone.
With the VISA Zero Liability feature on all of our TD Bank VISA Debit Cards, you're protected if fraudulent charges are made with your account information or a lost or stolen card.
Help is just a call away, Alexandria!
