On August 13 I realized that my debit card was missing and right after I went on my online account and saw that some transactions were made that i did not do. I called TD bank and spoke to a representative about closing my account and getting a new card. She told me to go to the TD bank you usually go to. I went on the 14th the next day and he told me that there hold checks and that he cannot do anything until everything is cleared from the pending transactions. I checked again today on August 18th and saw that everything was cleared in the pending transaction column so I went back to my TD bank to discuss closing my account and getting a new account and card however she said my account is still frozen. I am not sure what to do now
