Through citizenship I have legally changed my name and was wondering how to go about changing my previous name on my bank account and debit card to my new one.

Thank you for coming to TD Helps with your question, Kunho. We'd be happy to give you the procedures to follow and congrats on becoming a U.S. citizen.
In order to change your name on your account(s), valid identification that documents this change would be required. Please make sure to have one of these following legal proof of change documents with you prior visiting your local TD Bank Store: Driver's License, Marriage License, Divorce Decree, Court Order or United States Passport.
You can expect your name change to take effect for your account within seven to ten business days. You should be able to obtain a new debit card with your current legal name printed on the card during your visit. Please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores for the locations near you.
Thanks again for writing to TD Helps, Kunho. Let us know if you have any other questions and have a wonderful day.
