Thank you for joining us today on TD Helps, Cherie. We'd be happy to help you make a transfer from your business to a personal account.
You have the option of completing the transfer online by enrolling in TD Business Direct. If you are not currently enrolled, please follow this link: http://bit.ly/1dl2HX6. Once you’re at the “Sign Up for TD Bank BusinessDirect” page, please complete the application. You will need your Business Taxpayer Identification Number, account number, ATM/Debit card number, the business name, and your e-mail address. When you are finished with the application, you will receive an e-mail confirmation within 2 business days that contains your User ID and Password. In case you don't have a debit card or would like to have immediate access to Online banking, you could visit your local TD Bank Store for help. For hours and locations near you, check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Once you are able to log in, you can process an ACH transfer by selecting the "ACH" tab. Next, you'll have to add who you'd like to pay by selecting "Manage Receivers" then "Add a New Receiver." You will need to then fill out the recipient's name, account and routing number and, account type. We encourage to take a look here: http://bit.ly/1z5IAp5 for a demonstration on how to set up an ACH payment. If you have any trouble setting up a payment, please contact us. You may do so 24/7 by dialing 800-493-7562 option 2 to reach a Business Banking Specialist. You may also visit a TD Store for assistance during lobby hours.
You may also complete this transaction at a TD Store with a Teller by filling out a withdrawal slip for your account and a deposit slip into the TD account you wish the funds to be deposited into.
We hope this helps, Cherie and have a good day.
