We are canceling health insurance with Blue Cross which is drafted each month from my checking account. What do I need to do to make sure it is not drafted again next month?

Good morning, Karen! We're always happy to help!
Please know that the method you'd use to cancel an automatic payment depends on how you set it up!
If you initiated this debit with the merchant directly, we recommend connecting with them directly to ensure that no future debits are scheduled.
If you scheduled this payment with Bill Pay, you would first need to sign in here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq. You would then select the Bill Pay tab followed by the specific biller name. To delete the recurring payment, select Stop Auto Pay.
For any questions regarding Bill Pay, please reach out to our Tech Support Specialists 24/7 at 800-493-7562.
For an extra layer of security, keep in mind that any debits scheduled with your account and routing number can have a stop payment placed on them. If you'd like a stop payment placed, please call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or visit any TD Store. Take a look at TD Stores near you here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
There may be a fee associated with a stop payment. To learn more please visit here: https://go.td.com/2kFZ5mK.
We hope this covers it, Karen! Have a good day.
