Thanks for reaching us on TD Helps, Charlotte. We'd be happy to point you in the right direction.
First, to find out your current loan balance and your payoff amount, we invite you to reach one of our dedicated Financial Solutions Group Specialists, 24/7 at 800-937-5020. If you'd like to have the payoff quote in writing, one of our Specialists can have this sent to your address on file, or they can provide you with instructions to obtain this by fax during your call.
You're also more than welcome to view your loan account online, as you do not have any other accounts with TD Bank, we would be happy to provide you with access! At your convenience, we ask that you contact a Banking Specialist 24/7 at 888-751-9000. After account verification, they can enroll your account in Online Banking for you. This access will allow you to view your loan principal and payments due, or ask any questions about your loan via secure message. After signing in, you can visit the Customer Service tab and click on Send a Message for assistance with your inquiry.
You're also welcome to stop in at any TD Bank Store near you here: http://bit.ly/TDStores for assistance with your loan.
Please note, if you are attempting to find out information regarding an auto loan and it is held at TD Auto Finance, we recommend contacting a TD Auto Finance Representative. They are available Monday through Friday 8:00am to 10:00pm, and Saturday 8:00am to 7:00pm, at 800-556-8172 to assist you. Or, stop by their site using this link: http://bit.ly/1zJfjNy.
We hope this helps, Charlotte and have a good day.
