Good evening, John! We're glad to see you on TD Helps, and thanks for bringing us your question.
If you'll be using our convenient Mobile Deposit feature to deposit a check, please endorse the check with your signature. We also recommend writing "For Deposit Only" below your signature. Additionally, once you're sure that the deposit was made, be sure to write the date and the word "Deposited" on the front of the check. Keep it for 14 days to ensure it has cleared, then destroy the check.
You're welcome to watch our short Mobile Deposit video here: http://bit.ly/1vQMhtR, and please see this link for information and guidelines, including our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs), about TD Bank Mobile Banking and Mobile Deposit at: http://bit.ly/1t2rx4L.
We hope you enjoy using this feature, John! Please let us know of any other questions you have.
