We're sorry to hear that you've lost your card, Aben. We'd be glad to help.
First, if you have not done so already, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible to close your card for your account security. Our Banking Specialists are available 24/7 at 856-751-9000 or 215-569-0518 from a land line telephone to assist with closing your card.
After account verification, our Specialists would also be able to submit a request to have a card mailed to the address we have on file for you. Additionally, our Specialists would be happy to review your account with you to make sure that no unauthorized activity has occurred.
If you'd prefer, you also have the option of sending a Secure Message through Online Banking.
