Thanks for coming by TD Helps, Christian! We'll be sure to answer any questions you may have about our mobile deposit feature.
We recommend keeping the deposited check for your records for up to 14 days to ensure the check has cleared your account. You may wish to note the date on the front of the check and include the word “Deposited," if you choose to keep the check for your records. Or, once you're certain that the funds have been paid to you, you may then destroy the check if you prefer. We invite you to visit http://bit.ly/1e3jiYF for more information about TD Mobile Deposit. If you should have any additional questions, feel free to reach out to our Tech Support Specialists 24/7 at 800-493-7562.
Let us know if you have any additional questions, Christian and have a great week!
