Welcome to TD helps, Raynaldo. We'd be glad to discuss.
TD Bank does offer secured credit cards! In order to apply for and discuss a TD Secured Credit Card, you may stop by any TD Bank Store. To take a look at Store locations and their hours please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
You should expect to receive a decision via mail within 7-10 business days after the application was submitted.
If you prefer, you could contact us 24/7 at 888-561-8861 to speak with a TD Credit Card Specialist for information on the status of your request or visit your local TD Bank store for further assistance.
If you are approved, the credit card will normally be mailed to your address on file within 7-10 business days. If you are not instantly approved, a decision will be issued to you in writing. This letter will also be mailed to you approximately 7-10 business days from the date of your application.
Please know that this application is subject to credit approval and requires a minimum deposit of $500.00. Interest rates are dependent on credit approval and any fees associated depend on the card type. To discuss these variables with a Specialist, please contact us using the number mentioned above.
We hope this helps and have a good day.

Re: New Customers offer - $150 with new Conv. Checking. The Terms say: "Qualifying direct deposits are recurring electronic deposits of your paycheck, pension or government benefits (such as Social Security) from your Employer or the Government. Person-to-Person and bank transfers between your TD Bank accounts or accounts you have at other financial institutions or brokerages do not qualify. Payment received for goods sold do not qualify."
- Do my personal cash deposits qualify? Will I get $150 bonus if I put and keep (as long as needed), let's say, $1000 cash deposit to my new account?
