Welcome back to TD Helps, Karl! We'll be sure to clarify this for you.
Based on your question, it sounds like you've spoken with the Store that you plan to visit and a representative specified that a US address is needed to open an account with us. If this is so, we do recommend contacting this Store for any additional questions you may have about opening an account with us and also referring to the previous response as to what forms of IDs are acceptable as well.
We hope this helps and enjoy the rest of your afternoon, Karl! Take care.

I'm looking to open TD Premier Checking.
Do you think the examples of ID's I provided are ok?
I printed a Lowe's receipt from last Easter that has my U.S address on it. I got it by e-mail. Would you think it would be ok for proof of address? Do I need proof of my Irish address as well as I hoping all letters would be posted to me in Ireland? If so, can I print off a bank statement?
I can't think of any other proof of address I could provide.
