Hey Anthony, welcome to TD Helps! We are happy to hear that you are interested in TD Bank for your business needs and would be happy to help!
We appreciate that you've taken a few moments to review our Business Checking account products. It sounds as though you've decided on the account you prefer; for your convenience if you would like to review the options we offer, please visit http://bit.ly/1uCacgJ, or feel free to use our Business Checking Selector tool: http://bit.ly/1lGeYmw to make sure you have the best product for you. If you need assistance while reviewing these options, a Business Banking Specialist would be a happy to help via telephone at 855-278-8988. You may also request a call from a Small Business Banking Specialist; please click here: http://bit.ly/K9iZ78.
You may open your business account at any TD Bank location. For information on our Store hours and locations please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores. If it's easier, you also have the option of contacting one of our Banking Specialists at 888-751-9000 24/7 to schedule an appointment at the TD Bank Store of your choice.
When visiting a Store, if your business account is going to have multiple signers, be sure to bring them with you for the account opening process. All signers on the account will need the following documents: a valid photo ID (Driver's License, Passport, Military I.D., etc.) and their Social Security number. If any of the signers are non-residents of the US, they would need two valid forms of ID and a W-8Ben form. You will also need to bring the Tax Identification Number for the business, legal name, and physical address.
If you are looking to open an LLC, there are some additional documents you will need to bring with you. You may bring the documents used to form and register your business, the fictitious name registration or the Operating Agreement. You will also need to bring documentation of your LLC Resolution.
We hope this helps, Anthony. Please let us know if you have any other questions and enjoy the rest of your weekend!
