Thanks for joining us here at TD Helps, Jennifer.
Based on your inquiry, it sounds like you made an ATM deposit. Typically, when you notice "force deposit" on your ATM receipt, there may have been an error during your ATM deposit.
As this is pertaining specifically to your account, to best assist you, we invite you to visit any one of our TD Stores for additional help. Please be sure to have your ATM receipt with you during your visit. Please see a listing of our Stores near you here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
You may also wish to connect with us 24/7 at 888-751-9000. After account verification, we'd be glad to help.
Please also understand that although we would like to assist you directly, we do not have access to your account information as TD Helps is considered an unsecured site.
We hope this helps. Please let us know if you need anything else.
