Welcome to TD Helps, Viola. We apologize for any confusion caused by the description shown on your account.
Based on the notation you've mentioned, we believe that a hold was placed on your mobile deposit. SM indicates that there is a service message on your account, for us to reference when you call us or visit a TD Bank location.
If you make a deposit through our app, and you submit the deposit before 8:00 PM on a business day, that is considered the date of your deposit. If the deposit is made after 8:00 PM, the next business day is considered the date of your deposit. Your funds are generally available on the business day following the date of your deposit. Please keep in mind that mobile deposits will not have the first $100.00 available on the same business day. In most cases, the full amount becomes available the following business day. We invite you to view our funds availability policy here: https://go.td.com/2nf0JAI on pages 40-43.
We're sorry we couldn't directly assist you today. As TD Helps is not considered a secured forum, we do not have access to your account or personal information.
If you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to reach back out to us on here, or call us at 888-751-9000. Our Representatives are available to assist 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Also, you may visit us at your local TD Bank Store for assistance. To view our Store locations and hours, please click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this helps clear up any confusion, Viola. Please enjoy the rest of your day!
