When you log in online and your balance is between parentheses, this signifies that your account is currently overdrawn and it is suggested to make a deposit in your account as soon as possible.
If you would like to review your account, we ask that you contact us directly for assistance either by dialing 888-751-9000 to speak with our 24/7 Customer Service or by visiting a TD Store during lobby hours. For Store hours and locations near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Please note that is it this in reference to a TD Credit Card we ask that you reach out to our Credit Card Department directly. They are available 24/7at 888-561-8861.

I'm a bit confused. When you see parenthesis around a dollar amount within your CREDIT CARD account balance on Easy Web, does this not mean that you have overpaid your VISA balance (i.e. you have a credit)?
