What does PURCHASE AUTHORIZATION VISA PROVISIONING SE mean? I have never seen that before. It is in my pending section with a $0.00 charge.

Based on the information you have provided us with, it sounds like you may have a hold placed on your account by a merchant, which is generated when a Debit Card is swiped for a purchase. Typically speaking, this is a temporary hold produced when a payee requests to validate that an account is active. This temporary hold is not necessarily equal to the actual amount charged, and is commonly debited as $0.00.
When the payee presents the final receipt for payment, the amount you approved for payment will post to your account, and the hold will be released on the following banking day.
However, if you do not recognize this transaction, we recommend that you contact us directly so that we may review your account with you, and take the appropriate steps in the unfortunate event that fraud has in fact occurred.
