Hi Kiyondra! Thanks for stopping by TD Helps today.
It sounds like you've recently opened a secured credit card with us! It’s a great way to build credit and manage your spending!
Anytime a TD Bank Secured Visa Credit Card is opened, a savings account will also be opened to hold the funds you've provided as collateral. That savings account will have a hold on all the funds that prevents any deposits or withdrawals. The note you saw is an explanation that accompanies that hold.
We hope this helps explain, Kiyondra. If you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to give our Credit Card Customer Service Team a call 24/7 at 888-561-8861 or stop in to see us at any of our Stores. To find one near you, please click here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc.
We hope you're having a great day!
