The number seven listed at the top of your bank statements signifies that TD may have had trouble sending your statement to the address on file. Because of this, we recommend contacting us directly. You may do so 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 and speaking to our Customer Service Representatives or by visiting a TD Store during lobby hours.
