I just changed my account from a youth account to a student account and last month I was charged $2.25 for the passbook fee. I usually just check my transactions and balances on the app on my phone or at the TD bank machines. What exactly is a passbook and what does it do for me? Would anything change if I decided to change my account to paperless??
